The first-part of the two-part session will cover staying fit, active, and engaged during the cold, dark days of winter, including simple, easy, and inexpensive physical activities, as well as relaxing and stress-reducing hobbies. The second-part of the session will disucss how to ward off season affective disorder (SAD) through simple, proven strategies.
