ABOUT:
Sticking with healthier and more nutritious foods can come down to one thing when we’re busy or tired: what’s easy and quick to get on the table. During this session, Andrea explored why meal planning and food prep are so important to sticking with our dietary goals, and shared ways to eat seasonally to build immunity to be nourished during the winter months. Se also provided healthy swaps for holiday treats and how to navigate the holiday eating scene with balance and control as well!
This event was held at The Donnelly Center at Aquinas College.
