Please join us for a day of health & wellness. At the expo there will be local health and wellness professionals to help you live an inspired life!

The purpose of this event is to inform our West Michigan community about their local health & wellness resources. There will be 20 vendors from the key pillars of health and wellness: nutrition, activity, stress management, sleep, mindfulness, community, and nature.

There will be a formal welcome at 10am, along with door prizes throughout the day. There will be short presentations about important health & wellness topics at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm. Our expo is an open house format, so you can come and go as you are able!

This event is free, but donations to Universal Health Solutions are encouraged to help provide future health & wellness events. You can donate here or at the event.
