Join Universal Health Solutions and Debra Timmerman, RN, HTP, DAIS, TCEPL, MMT, CSME, HMCT for a discussion on ways to have a stress mastery and resilience plan in your COVID-19 self-care regimen. Pandemic fatigue and stress are showing up in a number of different ways in all age groups. We will explore the signs and symptoms of "pandemic drain" and discuss why it is vital to your health to use stress relief tools and develop your resilience muscle.

Deb Timmerman is Chief Resilience Officer for Deb Timmerman and Associates, LLC., a company helping people prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity. Timmerman, a Registered Nurse, specializes in tools and strategies to calm the nervous system, reduce energy drains, discern and connect with the body’s innate healing potential and help people discover the secrets to a calmer, more peace-filled life.
She has met the requirements of education, training and experience to achieve the designation of Diplomate through the American Institute of Stress and holds certifications in mindfulness and meditation education, Tai Chi Easy® Practice Leadership, is a Synergy Certified Stress Mastery Educator, and HeartMath Certified Trainer. She is a licensed Independent Stressmaster Associate, a Healing Touch Practitioner and regular presenter for Metro Health-University of Michigan Health’s Healthy Living Program, where she facilitates workshops in meditation, stress management and resilience skills, TaiChi Easy and aromatherapy for staff and the community.
She serves as a member of the Barry County Trauma Initiative and is a Community Champion Trainer for the MI ACE Initiative, focused on raising awareness about Adverse Childhood Experiences and developing trauma-informed, healing organizations and communities across the State.
